I ordered the mini back pack as an appreciation gift for my wife wasn't sure what to expect as I've never used this company before I'll start with the product, the back pack is not like the pictures as far as pattern though it is disclosed in the product description I would have preferred a little more white and brown like the picture or even options to choose from? BUT that's nothing compared to overall satisfaction the bag itself is beautiful from the leather to the fur even the stitching is high quality! Someone paid close attention to detail great job. Now the packaging I appreciate all the detail that went into it as a small business owner myself I know it's the little things that make a difference. The branded box, the branded bag, the thank you notes and the discount cards all great stuff! Shipping was as expected can't blame the store for that. Overall very happy with the product for the price and the smile it put on my wife face. it's totally worth it
