Pompom Gauze Maxi Dress

Order #SP1447437 I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a dress that I needed by Monday, July 6, for a special event on Sunday, July 19. Unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive until Thursday, July 9. When I finally received the dress, it was torn and had marks on it, making it completely unacceptable to wear. I immediately contacted customer service to start the return process, only to be told that there was nothing they could do because the dress was not available in any local store. That response was very frustrating and disappointing. I have been a loyal Ashley Stewart customer and have ordered many dresses from your company over the years. I expected much better quality and customer service than what I received with this order. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from Ashley Stewart. Sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere for future dress purchases.
