Frozen Peach Cups

I ordered on May 24th and received an email immediately saying the order was being packed and i could expect it in 5-8 business days. I received another email on May 26th with a tracking link but it was blank. I reached out to the company 4 times with no response. I finally received information on 6/5 that it had shipped. It arrived today completely hot and not edible. This is truly outrageous. I just emailed again for the 5th time, but I assume ill have to file a claim with my credit card to actually have anything done. To pay $30 in shipping and receive an inedible product is insane and their customer service is even worse.
