Overall it’s a pretty good product. I don’t believe it will be a 4 seasons room tough due to it only being single pane glass walls and the thin plastic roof. The seams are for sure not air or water tight and the wind comes in. The installation directions booklet was missing many details and some instructions was different that what the product is. We had to figure things out my trial and error on many steps.
