Artichoke & Asparagus Salad | Easy Chef - 10 Pack (4.4 OZ/Pouch)

This isn't my first time eating the vegetables from Poshi. My work sometimes stocks the olives. I am well pleased with the salad and the limited 12ct pack of asparagus, olives, and artichokes. I will definitely be buying again.

I like these veg packs as a whole but I was surprised to find the red peppers in the product when they are not listed except in the ingredients. disappointing . I will have to read the ingredient lists on the back before ordering more. Otherwise great!
