After having a left side sore neck and stiff upper back, I gave in… This thing is very good, might even be great once I finish how to use it to its’ full potential… Though it was a bit pricey, right now I have no regrets!

Amazing
This is second to none. The heated tip is superb. This latest iteration is whisper quiet. The red-light is pleasing to the eye and circadian rhythm as a pre-bed routine.

It's a Recovery Tool
Probably a bit overpriced for what it is. I like the multiple attachments and the personalized routines. I have connectivity problems with the Android app. I've had to re-pair the product to the app at least once. Since this is a medical device, and for safety, the pairing process is done entirely in the app and should just work, but when it doesn't connect there are no recovery steps.
