One star is for the original purchase was August 20th this was an early anniversary gift. My anniversary was September 22. I sent my candy camo bra back by September 10th. I have been “waiting for details“ since then not until I emailed and tried to get in touch about 15 times whilst still placing outfit orders and then said I would like my refund, please did it magically show up two days later. Please tell me what I am gaining with VIP. Not to mention they “couldn’t find my order” after giving the order number please please Establish customer service. I always have to give away what doesn’t fit from here and it’s really upsetting seeing how much money I spend on this company
