Description
We make our Elastic Velcro Cards with 1.5" Scuba as a backer for the Hook Velcro and then we use MilSpec Elastic to create holders of different sizes. You can hold anything that will fit in the elastic and use the Hook Velcro to place it just about anywhere that utilizes a Loop Velcro field.
