I can't remember another time that I was this impressed with a company and their product. We were prepared to buy a brand new washing machine but, thanks to the high-quality gear kit, and the incredibly helpful installation video, our washer is better now than it was the day we bought it. Forego the Shims-Replace the Bushing

A shim from the kit only compensates for wear in just the top 0.25" of the bushing. Wear in the lower part of the bushing will still allow the drum to "wobble". The cost difference between the shim kit and the replacement "red" bushing is negligible. Perform a quality repair and save yourself from having to disassemble it again.
