I recently made a purchase as a graduation gift for my daughter of a unique, hard to find UM product that I found online at Cane Wear. It arrived in perfect condition, but it was a bit too small. I was worried I couldn’t return the item and get the new item in time for her graduation, so I called customer service and spoke to Jeff. Jeff suggested I shipped the items back (and send him a tracking number), and as soon as I did that he immediately sent out the new item even before receiving the return. He then followed up directly to let me know that the item was tracking ahead of schedule. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, so if you want great products and people that will back their goods with elite service this is your store.
