I did not figure the size of my matboard correctly based on the simple instructions you provided. when giving instructions on how to figure the inside opening of your artwork. Your instructions do not cover how much of the picture you want to show. I think rather inform customers to figure out these of the matboard they desire in relationship to the size of the art, and multiply by two. Maybe those instructions are more complicated but would work better. My matboard came safe and sound due to excellent packaging but the wrong size.
