I’ve been very happy with the first orders I’ve placed with The Boot Jack. My most recent purchase was a Stetson straw hat, and as expected the quality is excellent. Ordering hats or boots online can be a challenge and I did order the incorrect hat size at first. The Boot Jack made the return quick and easy. I ordered the correct size and the hat arrived very quickly.
