Quality Won Me Over After Rough Start

I’m extremely happy with the product, and it definitely improved my overall impression of the brand from my initial experience. When I first placed my order, I encountered a lack of customer service that I wouldn’t expect from a luxury company, so I wasn’t very hopeful about the products. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The glasses are super cute, very durable (which is important since I have a two-year-old), and extremely comfortable to wear. My only feedback would be to be more proactive when customers reach out, as strong communication and customer care are essential for customer retention and for maintaining the reputation of a luxury brand.
