The product is great and smooth but a bit blemished also for 4 days i didnt get any updates and i had to manually contact nabalis but they did fix it in under one day and thats what i like, good customer service also it was a human talking not a bot! Thank you!!

Love the weight, smooth motion and design..... don't love that the coating won't last long.....so bought the cat too and only use cheese over soft surfaces so it's not trashed by constant dropping and chipping....
