Order was easy to place. I choose next day delivery to ensure I received gift before the required day. Unfortunately I never received the tracking email from the courier. It was only when I called that I found out that the delivery had been missed due to the inability of the courier to find my delivery address. Customer service were very good as they redirected my delivery to an alternative address, but without the tracking details collection was more difficult than normal. Due to not having the tracking email, but still having very good customer service, 4 stars
