The 3C Joppa Cattle Company has the beef of my childhood. The flavor is rich and beefy, and all the fat is not removed. This is the way beef used to be, and the way it is supposed to be. My husband and I purchased an eighth of a cow and received it about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to try the ground beef, roasts, and steaks before giving my review. We have tried them all, and there is no comparison with any other beef we have recently purchased. Not from our local butcher, or even from local ranchers here in SW Florida.
