Disappointed

Hi Chic Signs and Personalized Plaques! I wanted to share my honest feedback regarding a recent order I placed for a personalized plaque for my brother’s and his girlfriend’s baby shower. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the final product. For the price I paid, we were expecting a higher level of quality and attention to detail. What adds to our disappointment is the fact that you frequently post photos and videos showcasing your plaques, but the one I ordered has never been shared. I was told a video was recorded, yet it was never posted. This gives the impression that even your team may not have been proud of the work, which is disheartening. I placed the order on May 15, 2025, and received it on June 3. As of today, June 9, I have seen no mention of our plaque, despite others' plaques ordered around the same time having been posted. It truly feels like the care and craftsmanship that typically goes into your products were missing from ours. While I understand that not every review will impact a business, I was genuinely looking forward to referring your work to others. Still, after this experience, I’m unsure if I can. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope you’ll consider this for future orders and customer experiences.

Very Nice work

This is my second order for the ultrasound plaque and her work is very good her service is very good as well as fast. Places my order and the within a day or two I had a email with the rough draft got 14 day shipping and had my order at my door within a week maybe less…will be ordering a memorial plaque very soon
