This item runs very small. You will have to size up 2 to 3 sizes The merchant will not exchange or refund anything when it comes to ordering from their website although their shoes. run very small, they are aware of it but unfortunately they will make the customer /consumer suffer and be stuck with these items They will not exchange your shoes. I wear a size 9 too small I had to upsize to an 11 and the merchant will not exchange or refund. I will not shop with them again and I did shop from another website so if the shoe is too small then they will exchange it. now I’m stuck with this shoe that I cannot wear from this website(Authentic Aura) Do not recommend this site to do any shopping on

So far so great! 3.25in heel. Very comfortable, great quality. I ordered 1 size up and they fit like a glove. Fast easy shipping. Im so shocked lol
