Item not received

I received email notification that my item was dispatched. I also received tracking info with Australia post. After about 10 days I contacted Melbourne leather co and was told there was an l issue with the item, it was never actually sent and new stock would arrive in 1-2 weeks. That’s all fine. But you need to communicate that with the customer. Getting a refund was easy enough, although I’m still waiting for it to come through so we’ll see how that goes. I don’t normally write reviews, but when I get an email requesting one as “the order was fulfilled 14 days ago”, then sure, I’ll write a review.
