The mat is great! Catches any stray bits of litter and is very easy to clean.

The kittens love it, and me too

The kittens love it and I have trouble fighting them off to empty and clean it. The main issue is finding the right cat litter that doesn't form lumps that are too large. Its trial and error but I am sure that all will come out well.

I ordered the Purr-Pod as i have 2 cats and the promise of shipping in 2 days was going to be a huge help for several brief getaways i had planned. I was very disappointed that it took 6 weeks to arrive! Its smaller than I realised, and now having used it for 2 weeks, i notice that the “full” light comes on for the bag to be replaced when the bag in chamber is only itself half full (not lasting as long as advertised). There is no night light for cats to be encouraged to use it in the dark - a feature other models do have. The odour removal technology is good and i have had no issues with the unit working but the level of litter has to stay quite low to ensure it does so. There is an app that is recommended to sync with the unit but this also costs money to download. Overall, i wish i had gone with a different brand.
