Premium DNA Test

I expected proper ancestry analysis (genetic origins) and accurate health attributes. Instead I received no genetic origin analysis, CircleDNA only repeated what I had entered in the activation kit (Middle Eastern - Mediterranean - African origin) and provided inaccurate health attributes, for example, I have stress-induced insulin resistance, low-tolerance to carbs which were not detected properly. Honestly, I expected a higher quality result for a professional Hong-Kong-based company.

I was really looking forward to getting my results, but honestly, I didn't discover anything I didn't already know. The ancestry breakdown was very broad, and the health/trait insights felt like "filler" information that didn’t provide any deep or actionable data. The process was easy enough, but the actual report was just too basic to justify the price tag. If you already have a general idea of your family history, this probably isn't worth the money. It’s an okay gift for someone with zero background knowledge, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for detailed or surprising discoveries.

Unable to collect the copy printable copy. It is only available to read online, which is my android phone. I tried to collect the pdf copy instead. It is not working, and I got nothing. Recently, the copy or profile on my phone is gone, and I am not able to read the report again. How I could access my report again?
