Notification was bad

When I ordered the pouch, there was no indication that it was out of stock. I got part of my order, but not the pouch I needed. After a couple of weeks I had to email the store to find out if it was coming, at which point I was told that they had just come back in stock and would be shipped that day. I had needed it weeks before for a gift. The pouch itself is fine and I’ll use it at some point. Better information would have been. Helpful.
