Cute but not durable

I left a review but somehow it was deleted, so here we go again. A word to the wise, these posts bend very easily. I wrote to customer service to expreses my concern, they directed me to an instagram reel on how to fix. I did fix, but they still bent. So I have lost one earring only after wearing them only a couple times. An expensive purchase for short lived wear. They are so cute and would be perfect other than the obvious issue of durability. I have ordered many times from this brand and this is my first time it wasn’t 10/10. Please don’t delete this review! People need honest buying experiences.
