Very happy kids after a number of hiccups

We ordered the Monkey Bar Jungle Gym Bundle (No Drill), which is a combination of the Swedish Home Play Gym Set and the Monkey Bar extension. Delivery took around three weeks as it was held up in customs, which we didn’t mind. Throughout this time, customer service was very responsive and kept us updated. The Swedish Home Play Gym Set was excellent. Assembly was smooth, all parts were correct, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. No issues at all. Unfortunately, our experience with the Monkey Bar extension was far from smooth. First, some of the nuts were the wrong size. We contacted Tinnitots and they offered to send replacements, but they were on holiday at the time—which is completely understandable after a busy season. We later realised the nuts were inexpensive and readily available at Bunnings, so we purchased them ourselves. The next issue was more significant: a clamp bar that was too short, meaning we couldn’t secure the monkey bars to the vertical poles. This is where Tinnitots really stood out compared to other small businesses. Someone personally came out to help us fix the problem and replaced the part. It turns out this was a known issue—the design had been updated, but ours still had the older version 🤷🏻‍♀️. At that point, we thought everything was finally sorted. The last issue was with the caps for the small holes—they simply didn’t fit. We decided not to contact Tinnitots again and instead used pliers to pinch and reshape the caps to make them work, which is still a work in progress. Do we regret the purchase? Maybe not. Are our hands and fingers happy? Definitely not. Would we recommend Tinnitots? Yes. Despite the hiccups, it’s still worth it, and their customer service and owners are genuinely awesome.
