The first day using this chair, I noticed my back wasn't achy after work. Add in the benefit of being able to adjust my legs is perfect for anyone with ADHD and a desk job; being able to adjust how I sit is a game changer for me!

Takes some time to get used to but that just encourages me to stand a little more frequently than I used to. Hip pain dissipated almost as soon as I started using it. Wish I’d known to get this chair years ago. Love it. Highly recommend.
