After sending me a pair of boots that weren’t even close to true size, and telling me there was no way to exchange them, I won’t be doing business with Frye any more. In today’s world, I am only going to do business with companies who treat their customers right.

Runs big

I am disappointed they are not made in Mexico. My Frye boots that are made there are beautiful. This pair is made in India and looks like synthetic leather. The quality is not the same. I will think twice before buying Frye boots again. Please note that I've been wearing them for 15 years. This is the first time I've doubted the quality and felt really disappointed.
