Lip Conditioner with Hyaluronic Acid

Love the way this feels and moisturizes but the stick of actual product was cracked when it arrived and the first time I tried it it came off the base completely. So now in order to use it I have to hold the product in my hand and then put it back in the container. Not the best

I want to preface this by saying I LOVE my A’del products and use them every day but if you are considering this product skip it! It comes in a cardboard applicator so it feels like a cheap tampon every time you pull it out. The mechanism to open the stick had been hard to use from the get go but after a month it is completely broken and my product is stuck inside unable to be used. Absolute waste of money. I’d probably feel differently if this came in the same packaging as the lipsticks. Of course I can’t return it either because it broke outside of the return window.
