Exchange not successful

I ordered a few items but the main item I wanted was too big. Processed the exchange which took a while. The hoodie I really wanted in the sale in the correct size became out of stock. I was only informed after the 2nd time I chased it up. I’ve been refunded but hope it comes back into stock
