I have only been able to open the product up and set it up to check them for any damage issues. I was impressed with the ease of setting up in a timely fashion. I needed a second person to help setup. The quality of the product is worth the price. We will be utilizing our 12 x 12 tents for upcoming events. I will definitely order from this company again.
