Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana) is an aromatic culinary herb with oval grey green leaves and a mild, slightly sweet flavour. It is closely related to oregano but has a more delicate taste with subtle citrus and pine notes.
The herb is native to the Mediterranean region and western Asia.
