Chisel Bit Three Square File 7" - PFERD Brand

I have used the Pferd double bit flat files and I find the smaller triangular shaped file to be easier for me file with - I have better visibility into the corner with the smaller file. They seem to cut a little better as well. I plan to have my son who uses the double bevel file try the smaller file to see what he thinks. Time will tell but I will very likely order more of the smaller file in the future. Both files are good files but I prefer the smaller file based on my filing experience.

Cut smooth and with less passes than round filing. I’m converting over for half my chains and haven’t used a file long enough yet to say anything about how long it lasts, but satisfied with the change over.
