Helping Eczema (face/arms)

We have tried many prescription ointments/creams, countless OTC lotions, diet changes, etc. and nothing has worked. This seems to be working and my 6yo. is not complaining about putting it on.

My dry skin loves this. I use it at night before bed on my face and on my nose when its allergy season it keeps my nose from getting raw. I got one for my daughter with eczema as well and it is really helping her skin.
