Nala Romper Seahorses

I emailed the company to cancel the order three separate times. One week later, they shipped the order. It was final sale so I refused delivery/returned to sender. They are refusing to refund me in full and they are stating they will need to fully inspect package as if it’s a normal return despite me never actually having items. Package is completely unopened and exactly as they sent.
