18-Day Intro Pack

New User of Intro Pack

I am just completing this introductory pack. I had bars and sprinkles. I had to get used to the taste and texture, using 2 per day. It is filling for me. I don't know what my cholesterol level is yet. I hope if is working. I have made another order of sprinkles, with different bars to decide which I like best. Will provide an update after labs. I prefer this to taking pills and hopes it also helps with changing my regular diet. I eat less sweets now which is a good thing.

I still haven't figure how to use the crumbles, but they are tasty. I love the bars!!
