First, the care for customers from this company is the best I have ever experienced. There was an issue with my order - it was mis-delivered and despite every attempt to get the package returned it was not. From the first email to S&R after I got the delivery confirmation but no package, the owner was SO responsive communicating via email and phone. Because it was a gift from my parents for completing graduate school, I was having a hard time because my parents aren’t from the USA so it was thousands of dollars to them in their local currency. When the recipient never returned the package to either the company or the delivery service, Ms. Banjo did something she did not have to do at all - she gave me a replacement. I cried because never had I ever had that kind of experience from a business. She cared and was so very kind. Second, the bag is gorgeous. Beautiful color (matte red), leather and extremely functional. Plus, as a tall woman it was so great to have a strap that I could use crossbody with sufficient length so as to not have the bag cupping my chest awkwardly. Luxury is not just a thing that you buy; it is an experience and S&R is without any doubt LUXURY!!
