Our rating is lower than what we would have liked to give. Both Corey and Chelsea were both great to deal with, very professional and willing to help, we had a great experience with them. Unfortunately we were disappointed when we picked up our purchase. The week before our pickup, we realized the box would not fit in our car. So we moved the pickup one week later after we rented a truck. The following week we went to pick up our purchase and realized the Kyoto vanity was no longer in it's original packaging as it was the week prior. We asked if this was the floor model as we suspected it was and we were told of course it was not, despite that fact that we realized the floor model was no longer in the show room that day as it had been every time we visited the store. Today we installed the vanity and realized the drawers do not close as they should and there is a small imperfection on one of the drawers. Is this because of the wear and tear from the show room? If we had been given the floor model, it would have been nice to let us know before and give us the chance to decide if we wanted the floor model or not. Now we have a beautiful piece that is not perfect :(
