Materials are great -shipping process is the downfall

Shipping process can be reviewed/ if something is out of stock it should not let us purchase it and then hold up the order. Out of 3 orders I made so far 2/3 were not delivered and I had to reach out after past due time and then from point of verified reshipment it took 7 days before showing up. I’m not complaining, I’m hoping to help you improve your back end system ! Thank you.
