I have read the reports of angry sutomers ruining these sexy boots there 1st time they put them on. I know because l have done the same thing. I have experimented and found that if you legs are not much bigger that the boots then take your time putting them on the 1st time. 1st put your boot on and pull the zipper as far as you can. Now straighten the boots out,.now put an elastic band around the boot and go for a walk around your premises. For about 5 minutes. Now sit z m down. Pull the edges of the boot together and slowly pull the zipper up inch by inch. Take your time over this and keep the zipper part straight. Hopefully you should be able to pul the zipper all the way up. If not try it all over again. It took me 5 goes on one pair of boots good luck.
