Ridge honored their Lost warranty. And i was able to receive a discount towards my next Wallet purchase. I am very please with, my new walllet, their customer service and there product! Would be nice if there locating devices worked with android is my only disappointment.

My last ridge wallet fell off my car. It was returned to me, but at somepoint took a hit from a lawn mower blade. All my cards were intact! Cant say the same for the wallet. But I immediately bought a new one. I got the smoky mountains because I live in Tn. Love the green and black combo. Kind of reminds me of the night vison color sceme. Paired it with the external ID holder and the tracker card! Only wallet ill ever carry!
