HOME Balance Trainer w/ Resistance Bands

I’ve done a few beginner videos. I like it and I’m up for the challenge. I’m 58 and I know how important balance is. I’m very with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I was able to use the ball in my home workout the same day it arrived. No complaints!

The Bosu is wonderful. I didn't know how to adjust the resistance bands and wish there had been instructions included for that. But, we have now figured it out. Otherwise, it's a great tool and way to exercise. Thanks!
