Balance Trainer Plug - 6PK

While I rate the plugs 4 Stars, the fact that I had to order them at all was ridiculous. I purchased 6 unopened BOSU's from someone that didn't need them. They were still in the boxes, but because the plugs aren't taped to anything, they were missing. The same thing happened when I ordered a BOSU for myself a couple of years ago. The plugs were missing. They got replaced free of charge and that was great, but it sucked that I had to order them and then wait for them to arrive. The fact that a 6 pack of plugs is $25 and then shipping is nearly $20 is insane. Seriously, insane. You should really attach the plugs to the BOSU directly in a package rather than just having the bag loose in the box. You know the boxes are going to get squished and it's highly likely the plugs will not arrive with the BOSU. Please at least consider it. Beth Owner of 9 BOSU's that begrudgingly had to spend $40+ on 6 plugs.

I was very disappointed with my experience as the bosu did not come with clear instructions on how to assemble and inflate and was missing the plug.
