Your delivery method “sucked”. Package was first given to UPS and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. USPS first attempt on 5/21/, allegedly they could find the building’s address (they deliver mail here everyday). It was reported to be rescheduled for the next business day, 5/22 which it WAS not. I then went to the USPS on 5/22 after 4PM and they were unable to locate my package. I requested to have the delivery address switched to my home, as the business was going to be closed for the next three (3) days. USPS would not do it. They attempted delivery on a Saturday, 5/23 and the building was closed this day, due to the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. Their website indicated they would try the next business day, which would be 5/26. However, package was not rescheduled for re-delivery on 5/26 or 5/27. I had to go to USPS again in regards to my package. I was able finally pick up my package on my second visit to the USPS. Then I got a notification from Power in Black indicated that my package had been delivered by USPS on 5/27, which was NOT the case. Therefore, I’m very leery about doing business with your company again due to the delivery methods used. Your company would want to choose one delivery method or give customers the option as to how they want their merchandise delivered.

I love the messaging! When I compared my other t-shirts that I received from Power in Black, the current t-shirts are made of a thinner quality of material then my previous purchased t-shirts,

Every time I wear this t-shirt I am asked were it was purchased. I let them know Power in Black.
