Excellent customer service and wonderful product
I received my item yesterday in the mail. The product is very easy to use and I cannot wait to surprise my husband for christmas with our babies hand and foot print.
I also wanted to give a shout out to the customer service team. The item I received was actually a replacement order, the first one got lost. I received an email response promptly and a new kit was sent that very day.
What makes a company great is not only the products and the quality but the team behind it and Baby Made has a great team.
I would 100% purchase again and tell my friends about the product (already have started).
