Fresh Stewing Hen Meat Cut

So disappointed. I ordered a 6 pound stewing hen for Christmas dinner and what I received was a rip off. After I placed my order, I received a text message asking whether I wanted the hen whole or cut up. To save myself the effort of cutting up the bird, I asked for the hen to be cut up. Big mistake! I basically received scraps of a hen. In the package, was mostly hen butts and rib meat. No breast meat or thigh meat was in the entire 6 pound bag and there were about 5 sets of legs. I paid over $60 with shipping for scraps. I will never order from this market again. If you order from them, make sure you request a whole bird.
