Worth it
The level of craftsmanship is worth the price. It’s something that looks and feels like it can be handed down for a few generations. To be honest though, if you have a metal card and not a lot of internal compression in the case (like a folded bill or several cards) you can hear it rattling around in there. Nothing that would deter me from carrying it or a metal card. But something I noticed.
