Birth Flower Necklace

I ordered two of these for my teenage daughters. Both chains have broken within them wearing them 3 times. Both have multiple pieces of jewelry and are not hard on them so this leads me to think the chains are cheaply made. I wouldn’t mind as the price point isn’t too expensive, but they should last more than 3 wears.
