Terribly disappointed

This is my 4th or 5th order and this time I was terribly disappointed. Firstly, it appears the recipe was changed, cause the cookies had a smaller diameter but were higher, which was a problem for our packaging. But far worse was the taste and crunch. They were no longer soft and tasted stale and hard right from the start. We sent these to clients and are mortified and will be sending replacement cookies from another company.
