The product was awsome and the service was excellent unfortunately the funeral home gave me wrong information and told me I needed a 5cu urn, I got a call to verify that I wanted that urn that it was very small from what the funeral home told me I needed I said yes and to send it, when I received my urn it was micro but the urn looked amazing thank you for the excellent service I’m sorry I couldn’t use the product
