Superior Protection
I couldn’t be happier with my new Anderson Design & Fabrication Engine Skid Plate for my 2025 Subaru Outback 2.5 CVT. I wasn’t sure what manufacturer I should go with & my local mechanic who happens to be a Subaru Specialist, Nate @ Jim’s Auto Crestline CA made it very clear that the Anderson Design & Fabrication Engine Skid Plate is far superior when it comes to protecting the engine from rocks and other debris on Hwy 18 and all of our mountain roads and highways . This plate is thick and it has side protection for any unwanted debris that makes it up on the sides of the plate. I was also advised by Nate @ Jim’s Auto to purchase the Transmission Skid Plate since there is no protection at all to begin with. The combination of the Engine & Transmission Skid Plates will do a very good job of diverting any and all debris from damaging the Engine and Transmission. Nate made it clear that it’s much cheaper to replace $700 worth of skid plates than to spend $5,000 plus on a New Engine & or Transmission. You Definitely can’t go wrong with replacing your cheap thin plastic engine splash shield with a heavy duty super thick & light weight Aluminum Engine & Transmission Skid Plates. Also just want to say that Patrick @ Anderson has been very helpful with assisting me with all my questions and concerns. This is definitely a great company that is making awesome quality products. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & DESIGN’S

Subaru Outback from Switzerland
The European outbacks have 2 towing eyes at the front so I had to adjust the plate with a grinder. On the side, the 2 aluminum pieces do not fit between the original frame. I fixed them with cable ties. Super underrun protection Thanks Greetings Didi
