We got these to replace the harvest baskets made from - I'm not sure what they're made from. The kind you get apples in. They get moldy and break after a while. Turns out baskets are one of the most needed forms of technology in the garden. We've only had them a week, but have already used them to harvest onions, beets, and lettuce. We also used one to weigh out salt for our stock tank pool. They are sturdy, lightweight, and easy to clean and carry around. Time will tell how UV resistant they are / how long they last.

The first tool I grab every day

I have had my original set of Gorilla Trugs for at least 15 years. I finally tore the handle on the XL tub. Of course I repaired it with cable ties, but I ordered myself another set just in case. Buy one of every size and they nest inside each other for shipping! I have had great lck with all Gorilla garden products.
